These terms govern your use of www.remdogservices.com and the services provided by Rem Dog Services LLC ("Rem Dog Services," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide dumpster rentals, trash hauling and removal, demolition, cleanouts, commercial snow and ice removal, and related services in Chester County, PA. Quotes, availability, rental periods, and pricing are provided at the time of booking or by contacting us directly. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, or extended rental periods, as communicated at booking.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices and payment terms are presented at booking or on your invoice. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a per-order basis — contact us at (484) 885-4084 or remdogservices@gmail.com.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Rem Dog Services sends service-related text messages — order confirmations, delivery and pickup notifications, payment links, payment reminders, receipts and review requests — to customers who choose the optional text-message checkbox when booking online, or opt in verbally when ordering by phone.

• Message frequency varies based on your orders and service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (484) 885-4084 or remdogservices@gmail.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and you can stop service texts at any time by replying STOP without affecting your rental. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and are 18 years of age or older.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Site Use

You agree not to misuse this site or submit false or misleading information through our forms. All site content, branding, and imagery belong to Rem Dog Services LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep information accurate and services reliable, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted site availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rem Dog Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
